How it works
FabriLock is a versatile system that can be used as smoke curtain boards, draftstopping, heat banking, and general smoke and heat containment. When used to form containment cells, the system blocks the migration of smoke and heat from one cell to another. The system is sealed using our special tape that makes penetrations smoke tight. Because of its unique, woven design, FabriLock can be installed in existing buildings with shelving and stock already in place.
We save contractors and building owners money because, if needed, we can be the last subcontractor to go into a building. We do not alter the steel in any way, thus saving you money on labor and materials. There is no welding nor painting that might damage stock or endanger personnel. FabriLock does not impose any significant additional weight to the roof structure. The FabriLock system is easier and faster than other alternatives, allowing for tight deadlines.
